Scott applying makeup

Driven in childhood by never being quite satisfied with things found in stores, I started making my own items like wooden staffs and Star Trek phasers at a younge age. For years I drew and painted both the images from my mind and my interpretations of other art in pen, ink, oil, acrylics, and computer illustration. Feeling restricted with two dimensions, I moved into sculpting statues and functional art. My fascination with horror movies prompted me to create masks and props for haunted houses, where I naturally progressed into the world of special effects makeup. Years of making life casts and applying experimental prosthetics on myself and friends have led me to working on various films and finally as a robotic designer.

I currently divide my time between a variety of projects, and am always willing to discuss new ideas.
