All sales are final. No refunds are available; we can only issue an exchange for the following reasons:
Incorrect Item
Defective Item
We cannot issue an exchange product for any other reason than what is stated above. We will not be held liable for any incident, accident or damages related to the use or misuse of purchased items under any circumstances. Shipping fees and return fees are non-refundable. Defective issue must be brought to our attention within 7 days after delivery. All original packaging and accessories must be included with return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned and found to be not defective will be returned at buyer expense.
NO EXECPTIONS
Defective item is defined as follows:
Obvious rips, tears, peeling and/or incomplete paint (unless incomplete paint job is
specified in order for customer modification), misshapen, marks, or stains (e.g. ink
or liquid).
Small air bubbles are not considered defects, they can occur with latex products. We have greatly improved our processes to help eliminate air bubbles, but cannot prevent them completely. Also, since each piece is done by hand, slight variations in paint jobs are to be expected, and are not defects.
